On Saturday 26 October 2013 I was at Canal Walk in search of somewhere to have my eyebrows threaded when I was directed to Edge For Men as they offer this service to ladies, despite being a male orientated establishment. Upon enquiring I was informed that this is correct, and so proceeded to have my brows threaded by one of the attending staff members. All in all I was disgusted by the assitants complete lack of skill at the service offered. Having informed me that, "he had trained at college" for this (when I tried to explain to him what I would like done), and considering this is a reputable establishment, I expected a good result. Much to my dismay, I was left with putridly shaped eyebrows: 2 mismatched, bleeding brows that looked like a 9 year old had shaped them with his left hand. Further to this, the attitide of the Manager on duty was just as appalling. In my distress I did not confirm her or the gentleman in questions' names. My face is literally sore, and the scabs on my brows make it look like I was in a fight, rather than like I had my brows professionally attended to. My question is simple, "why offer a service you clearly are not equipped or skilled to do? ".
