I have a cellphone contract with Cell C and from September 2013 I was suddenly paying triple the amount I usually do. I look into my billing history and discovered that Smart Call have been illegally deducting an amount daily without my permission.
I did not subscribe for this service and it is certainly not authorized.
I demand a full refund.
