Worst Customer Relations experienced

In February 2013 my car was towed into Hyundai Cretsa's service centre, I had an accident on January 5th. the panelbeater had my car towed there because the wouldn't start, to my detriment, my car stood at Hyundai service Centre for TEN MONTHS! they informed me that I had hit a bird and as a result my car over heated damaging the cylinder head. once they had repaired that they then told me it was the gaskets that needed to be replaced after the gaskets were replaced they told me the pistons were the problem, only to find out that they had made a stuff up with skimming the cylinder making the holes too big (apparently my pistons shrunk) then they ordered a sub-assembly from Korea, which they lost!!! then ordered one from India which they also LOST!!! eventually after getting Hyundai SA involved, they agreed to give me a brand new engine for the same price, again I waited and waited, eventually they replaced the engine, I got my car back not even two weeks ago and now my car is standing again! the "brand new engine" they put in my car is not in proper working order, when I confronted Herman (the service manager) all he can say its " is all part of LOGISTICS"!!! what a cheek!!!
