A Touch Of Elegance Day Spa
Terrible customer management, solving of problem!

I placed an order for a product and made the full payment (R775) on Thursday 24 October. The delivery fee was R75 and I was assured the parcel would be delivered a day later. Today it is a week later and no parcel! When I requested information about when I could expect delivery 3 days ago, I was met with a rude email from the OWNER of the company! I was informed that her clients get excellent treatment when I noted that I was the client and not the perpetrator! Shocking behaviour from someone who runs a small business.
Still, nothing has been done.
