High electricity bill

My bill has been over R1500 every month for the past 11 months.i asked for explanation but no one is seem to be able to.
Impact is ripping us of.now for this month my bill is 1800. I dont get it cos we are hardly home.
For the size of a two bedroom, thats way over the roof.i know of big families staying in 4 bedroom houses who pay way less.
Come on impact, you are robbers.
