I am a medical professional who does some aesthetic work on the side. This company had so much promise when they were selling me products and courses of over R35000. However, when the machine started to give trouble in less than a month, there was no help and they expected me to buy a new one. I tried on several occasions to speak to the owner, who was allegedly on leave every time I phoned and when the therapist phoned they were rude and unhelpful. I feel used because I am not aware of another company selling this technology and I am so unhappy with the unprofessional service and the way my staff and I have been treated. We haven't been able to contact the sales rep with regards to how the machine works and aftercare for patients. This is not what was promised to us when they were so busy insisting on our money beforehand for the training and products. After spending that amount of money, one expects loyalty and professionalism towards us as the paying client.
