Centurion Tech Horrible Service & Rude 'Director'

On Wednesday the 29th of January I took my computer in for repairs at Centurion Technology, in Centurion (John Vorster Dr, Pretoria 0046) upon inspection i was told that hardware diagnostics (i.e. finding the cause of the problem) would cost R150.

The egotistical technician wrongly diagnosed my machine and was rude when I questioned it. Once they had my money I phoned to explain that the computer was still not working and he said 'oh sorry I have no idea then' - very convenient for them

I then phoned the company director to explain that, I had honoured my part of the deal yet they had not honoured theirs. He then snapped back that you can't get any work done in SA for R150 and that I can bring it back in and they will charge R350 an hour and it could take up to 6 hours. He then said that I don't understand what I'm talking about, he then spoke in circles contradicting himself multiple times, and after a short while he then said that I was wasting his time and that I should go elsewhere, he then began to get frustrated and spoke to me in a condescending manner as if I was an infant child.

Not only with the problem not resolved i was treated badly and they still have my money.
