I have a parcel sent from china it arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on the 7th of October 2013
it has now been idle in customs for 11days with NO FEEDBACK. I have continuously tried contacting the Hub for the last 5days on numerous contact numbers and never get a answer, just a annoying pre-recorded voice wasting my airtime. Firstly I would love to know what your call centre agents get a salary for??? it surely is not for ANSWERING CALLS! Secondly I would really appreciate some form of information or details regarding my parcel the tracking number is RB741614135CN.
PLEASE any information would be greatly appreciated.
