I have purchased a motorbike from Bavaria Motorcycles fro the Centurion branch in April 2013. I was told that They shall send me an sms informing me when the licensing papers have arrived so that I could arrange to fetch them. A comedy of error happened and after numerous visits and assistance from my side. I still do not have any licensing paper rendering my vehicle useless.
I consider it to be extremely poor that, after the sale has been made, the client is treated with disdain and left to their own devices. I have tried numerously to solve this problem and was met with indifference and apathy. Upon my last visit to the outlet (09/10/2013) one of their personnel found out that the licensing papers were at the Centurion post office. I asked her to obtain them for me to which she concurred, up till today (16/10/2013) she has not done so and my vehicle is still deemed unlicensed.
