I'd like to mention Karin Day, she promised to email me the proof that my parcel was at Oliver Tambo, she didn't, when I called the next day to remind her, she said she would do so, she again did not. I called her manager, and he said the parcel was not yet in SA, when I asked him, how come Karin Day gave me a different story, he checked with her and she was in the wrong, he apologized on her behalf, on the other hand, Karin Day did nothing to make right, did not apologize and frankly has made me loose faith in Cape Mail.
From now on, I don't care paying 3 or 4 times the freight, I will be using DHL or FedEx.
That's what happens when you guys scr3w up. Not only did you put my company in disrepute towards my clients, you have given Cape Mail a real bad name.
