I have called the Pretoria branch several times informing them that I am struggling to vent by sms or via their mobi website since August with no feedback or my problem being solved!! I have to always pay money into their ABSA account which is also ridiculous cause they are only using 1 bank so if you are not an ABSA client u have to wait 24 hrs before money appears in your account or do it at the bank.
If i had a choice which unfortunately we are not given at all I will not be using them. If I could cancel I will do today.
Why are we not venting our electricity like the municipalities do is also a serious concern or purchasing from any bank of choice!! FNB or Standard bank are available, please give the consumer choices and not operate us like chickens in a cage!
