Tracking a parcel - no one will help

Please can someone help me trace a small parcel sent to me from the UK via Royal Air mail on the 27 September.

Please could you help me get the tracking number for it so I can trace it. It was sent to Emily Lundberg. 6 Stamford Street, Parklands, 7441, Cape Town.
