26/1/2014 I visited the SPCA Grassy Park with my 6 week old Rottweiler. When I got to the front desk at the clinic, the woman first told me that she wont be able to see to my pup because i had already been to the Animal Welfare in Phillipi the day before. She was rather snotty & eventually gave me a form to complete & told me I would be liable for a consultation fee of R250-00, she then walked away. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room at the time. I took my pup & left, went to Phillipi and they gladly assisted me even with a line of 50 odd pateints. The SPCA should get their facts straight. I would rather spend money & support the ANIMAL WELFARE in PHILLIPI than ever go back there again.
