My dog was taken to the SPCA by someone in my complex and when I went to claim my dog they told me that I have to pay them R600 before I can get my dog. I told them that I can not pay that much. But they said no money no dog and if I really want him back I will go borrow the money. They always tell the people they only work for donations but that is not true.
