I placed an order on the Pharmacy website last week Fri, after chatting to the receptionist who assured me that deliveries are done the next day, albeit orders placed on Fri, will be delivered on Mon. I should have realised that this is too good to be true. Monday arrives, nothing!! I call the dispatch and was told they will call me once they know when it being delivered. I receive a call from someone totally unrelated asking me for identification as a prevention, which i send of dutifully. Tues, nothing, I call again, only to be told by someone in Orders, she has a huge pile of orders etc and she is still processing this and I will receive it on Thur. Minus my annoyance, i agree to wait to Thur. Thur arrives and no delivery. I call orders again and this time the lady tells me she didnt process it because she was on leave and she has a back log etc, which now means it will come on Fri (hopefully?)Wonderful, but did the Pharmacy care to check with me after messing me around for a week, whether Im around on Fri. I now fly out to CPT for work and will not be around to collect this parcel. So had i not contacted the pharmacy, I would not have known nor will i receive anything this decade
