We took our Royal Albert dinner and tea set to Special Pieces in June 2011 under the agreement that Lynne Meyer will sell the set for us through her business.

She indicated that it will take a couple of months to sell and after not hearing from her for 6 months we contacted her to see how the sale is going. She indicated that someone has paid a deposit and is in the process of paying off the set. She indicated that this would take another few months. She also indicated that she has already handed the goods over to the buyer and have been accepting instalments to payoff the purchase price - never offered to pay over the instalments to us.

In November 2012 she promised that the last payment for the set will be made in December 2012 and that we will have our money, a total of R13 500.00. In Feb 2013 after a huge argument she eventually paid R5000.00 and promised to pay the balance within 15 days, which never happened.

Over the past 3 months in an attempt to resolve the issue, we have been dealing with Lynne and Wendy which appears to us is the same person and have no resorted to ignoring all our calls.

In the process of laying a complaint with the police.
