I sold aftermarket magwheels and tyres for R6 000 to Brothers Executive (GDP Group) in October 2012 in liaison with Jacques Van Den Berg, the manager, which was agreed that they needed to be sold with another vehicle first prior to receiving payment. Since last year October 2012 I have been following up on the payment and told stories that, no payment has been made due to the fact that they have been sold as yet. Up until beginning of October 2013 I followed up on the payment and they told me the wheels have sold and I must furnish my banking details.
2 days later I had not received payment from him, and he would and say that to his knowledge the payment has been made, he will follow and revert back to me. Every 2nd day I will consistently follow up and he will tell me the same story and this went on for a month. I then resorted to contact the directors of the company for resolution, I was assisted by Chantelle Wallace PA to the directors who refused for me to speak to them directly. She her self failed to assist me claiming on numerous occasions that she is liaising with Jacques and the directors to assist me. 6 weeks later I still have not yet received payment.
