I have been trying to get through to them via phone on and off for about a month now and have now finally resorted to sending them an email today to find out what the outstanding balance on my acc is so that I can cancel this contract on the 24month maturity date... I truly hope that they will finally do me the courticy of allowing me to cancel this contract. I would like to pay the balance owing please respond!!
