We have transcribed debt that this company has apparently bought over from a company that closed down. We have been trying to get the issue sorted and removed from ITC as the LAW states that they are not allowed to list this on ITC nor to try to force me o pay ANYTHING.
The service and attitude is pathetic and we will also lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman.
