After queueing for more than 20minutes, I've enquired about a speed service item. The lady at the parcel counter said to me the parcel is not there. I've asked her if she can check again as I've checked with Speed service's call centre and they've ensured me the parcel is there since the 4th of October. She was extremely unwilling to recheck. She disappeared for 10minutes. Upon her return she waved a piece of paper at me and almost yelled that she told me the parcel weren't there. I said to her she has no right being so rude. I was merely enquiring as one post office sends me to the next branch and the call centre also confirmed that I was at the right place.
