I just want to thank Niven for bringing back the products I ordered in JANUARY 2013. its been long 10 months of lost hope and faith in the company. He apologized and explained what happened at the time and why we received POOR SERVICE from them.
I must say it was bold of him to come to me in person not knowing what to expect, he did not use an email or phone call to apologize which made his visit authentic. let's give the brother a break and continue to forward those emails as he has learned his lesson and we all deserve second chances in life.
