We almost had an terrible incident this weekend when a little boy could have lost his eye. A savanna light bottle exploded as we were packing the savanna bottles into a cooler box. After the bottle exploded we had an closer look at the bottle an saw that the glass was noticeably thinner at the base of the neck. I am not sure what this manufacturing/production standards are for glass bottles but I will look into it, but I am sure that a measurement of less than a millimeter is not sufficient and safe
