I bought at the Somerset mall Pick n pay about 13 bottles of jive for a little function my sister was hosting, 12 bottles were quite fine besides 1.My mom took it back to our nearest branch in Eerste river and she was told to make a complaint as they wont exchange it. I called the number on the jive bottle on behalf of my sister and a sales rep told me that she would send a rep thats in the area to us in the same day.its officially 10 days later and no response so i would like to know what i should do with a sealed bottle that looks like someone drank a glass out of it. I like this product but how do i know its safe to drink even though its sealed? I would like to know what will be done about the problem as i have been patient for 10 days and im not an angry person but i like feedback when im told it will be given.
