Well it looks like you unscrupulous operators have subscribed my son to your wasp service, without him opting in
As far as I know there is supposed to be a double opt-in clause to protect us from yourselves

I have his itemized bill in my possession and at no time has he opted into your!!!
How companies such as yourselves can still get away with this blatant of honest peoples money is beyond me
