Poor communication

Came highly recommended, but what a disappointment! Phoned and emailed for a quote, got told she can make a cake for me. Received invoice the next day at 12:12. Got an email less than 24 hrs later to inform me that my cake will not be ordered because I have not paid yet. When I phoned to query this and explained that I did not have access to internet untill that afternoon, I simply got told "sorry, I can't help you, I have other orders now". If I was first could she not just phone and say that I was first and need to pay because she has other clients that wants to place an order as well? Surely Paula could have told me I have to pay immediately when I phoned the first time around. The quote does note that you have to pay 2weeks in advance before she place the order. But this was discussed 6 days in advanced, in other words a different set up. If only she told me she needed the money ASAP I could make a plan to get to the internet. There was no attempt to understand or even trying to help. My impression was that she was greedy, non chalant and very rude. I was highly disappointed and will never recommend her to anyone. Poor client services :-(
