Following on our first report on Hello Peter we have had no resolution forthcoming from [URL Removed] We just learnt now after having to call in another pool specialists to try and understand what we will have to do to get the situation with our pool sorted out - that the pool weir is sinking as there is a leaking pipe and the weir of the pool is now skew and will unfortunately also go backwards from here. Also are they allowed to connect the electrical wiring for the pump themselves is this not a function for a qualified Electrician? It is just so sad to believe we trusted these people? How can one do this to others. Does anyone out there know what qualification is required to be able to install pools legally in South Africa and if this company is actually legaly registered and qualified? I cannot find a registration number on their website. If ever you want to install a pool please be very careful whom you trust as from this experience and these reports alone in this short time I think the people who have riased concerns on Hello Peter are but the tip of the iceberg in this companies case, perhaps further investigation may open up more such cases. So very sad!!!
