I have asked Clearwater services (Hayden Turner) to finish my half build pool after the Esquire outdoors (Quintin Els) disappeared with my money. The paving around the pool they sub-contracted to RC Projects (Raymond Becker). The job took over 2 months longer than what was promised and I had numerous problems with particularly the paving. There was all kind of poor excuses but at the end I just gave up with them and paid without being happy. I got other 3rd party pavers out and they told me that not even basic principles in paving were kept too. 3 months ago my pump broke also due to poor workmanship - the pipes from the pool to the pump failed and leaked air into the system. My timer broke and now my weir is leaking too. I had now someone to replace the weir re-pipe repave rebuild re-fiberglass the area. This all and thousands of rands squandered in the pools first year!
