We had a pool installed in March this year. Everything happened according to the time frame given. Then in September the pool collapsed. The company who installed the pool blamed the rain and refused to take responsible and told me to phone my insurance company. The report came back stating they wont pay out the claim due to poor workmanship. I then phoned a couple of companies and decided to go with Elegant pools as I felt comfortable from day one and in the manner they treated the quotation and advice they gave. When construction commenced then only I realized how a pool installation should be done comparing to the company that did the installation in March this year. The pool arrived on time and I soon realized the difference in quality and thickness compared to the sub standard pool sold to me by the previous company. Clearly the previous pool wasn't the pool for Africa.
A big thank you to the Elegant pools team especially Wimpie, Ronnie and Iaan for their superior service. I would recommend them to anybody looking to install a swimming pool.
