GAUTENG POOLS IS A!! They appear to be in the 'pool' business but that is something they are not!! They are only out to make a quick buck - Do NOT even contact this 'company' for a quote!!
Our deposit was taken & an additional amount also taken, for a weir that was not quoted for - our money was taken & since then, NO RESPONSE from this company - NO response to my many calls & sms to the cell no 074 504 7245, NO reply to the messages left on the work no 012 743 6682 & NO response to the tons of emails to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed]
Gauteng Pools (JACQUES VAN WYK) provided a quote to re-fiberglass a pool & supply a pool pump. The quotation was accepted & the date of commencement agreed upon. The deposit was PAID on the date of the agreed commencement. The pool was drained and stripped but we were advised that the weir would also need to be replaced. A quote was provided & we also had to PAY for this additionally, before work would recommence. The payment was electronically PAID into their Capitec Account & that is when all the IGNORED COMMUNICATION started. GAUTENG POOLS is now nowhere to be found. DISGUSTING - shame on you Jacques, Christiaan & Shaun
