Etricity (aka Sleep Africa), who supply private meters that use unipin vouchers, are supposed to pay the owner on the 20th of the month for the previous months electricity usage on the prepaid meter. they never pay on time. i always have to phone and beg for my money, even though it's only a couple of hundred rand a month.
