STOP SENDING SMS'S

Hi there, I have explained this on a previous occasion, yet no reply. My cellphone number will be suspended within a few days time and I have requested to rather be e-mailed the bill for my outstanding tv license, rather than having it sms'd in future and not being able to receive it at all. I am not in South Africa at this stage and on Holiday. I do not have any alternative cell number at this stage, I prefer e-mail thank you. In future if I do not receive my bill via e-mail, I will simply not pay my tv license and dispute the fact that you were notified and that I simply have not received my bill. NO BILL - NO PAYMENT. According to law I am spot on with that. SO I AM REQUESTING ONE LAST TIME, E-MAIL MY BILL AND CANCEL THE SMS'S ALREADY, THAT NUMBER WILL NO LONGER BE IN USE WITHIN A FEW DAYS TIME. SO WAKE UP SABC TV LICENSE ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT!!! THANK YOU and please, also correspond to me via e-mail, do not contact me on this cell number as you wont be able to reach me. Don't say I did not warn you.
