Incompetent billing department

I received numerous SMS, red little letters of demands since august 2013 for an outstanding amount of R119.20 on my tv license 418036026. it was identified that the reference number used for /EFT payment 605151208 was incorrect and belongs to Mr. Makanabha, . I have resend SABC proof of payment made on 2/7/2013 to an amount of R150 and an amount of R300 made 17/4/2013, obviously now reflecting with the wrong reference number that needs to be rectified to my account (418036026). I have forwarded several e-mail communications and made several phone calls, still to be inundated with sms's and red little letters, I eventually wrote an e-mail to the Operations manager Frank Awuah. To which I have not received a response. This morning I received telephone calls from the credit bureau that I will be listed for this amount outstanding. It is my humble plea that the incompetent staff at SABC license department check against ref 605151208 for the payments and allocate against my reference number. it will be appreciated if they could communicate in future without threats. Kindly assist in getting this matter resolved
