Prepaid Electricity Credit Card issue

I have lived in this particular unit for nearly 2 years and have always bought my prepaid electricty online using my credit card. On the 29th of August I made 2 purchases. One for 1000 and again for 200 because the system doesnt allow anything above 1000 at one time. I didnt receive my voucher codes and because it was after hours, I sent an sms to the emergency number. The codes came through a little while later.

Tonight I wanted to make a purchase again for 1000. My first issue is that the system then proceeded to tell me that my account is in arrears of 202 and if I proceed paying 1000, I will only receive units to the value of 798. How is this possible if I only pay upfront?

Now, because I only have about 30 units left, I proceeded, planning to sort out the account error and wrote an email to them about it. I completed the transaction, received the confirmation from the bank and netcash, but no code.

I contact te emergency number again only to receive this reply: "Credit card transactions can still be reversed from your bank in 48h. I would suggest to purchase using easy pay or UNPIN. Thank you".

I need this sorted asap and need a code urgently.
