R20 a day for unauthorised subscription

I called Smartcall solutions and spoke with a young lady named Yvonne. She told me that I entered [URL Removed] as a web address on my phone to get to their website and after reading their terms and conditions I agreed to this subscription. Firstly, I have a prepaid line and the subscription to this service is R20 a day for Rigntones and Wallpaper.

I dont care what anyone says... There aren't that many cute kitten pictures in the world that could convince me to part with R20 a day. I have never used the service since my number was subscribed without my permission and I am still waiting to be emailed the proof of subscription as Yvonne promised.

I will also be complaing about this service on MTN's site because they are allowing this to happen to their customers. I know business is not going too well right now but if they think selling out their customers is the way to boost profits then I'd rather port my number to Vodacom. this kind of prctice is unacceptable in my book and someone needs to be punished for it.
