I cannot believe that Karebo called me about my complaint AFTER 5 MONTHS! When I told Phuti that I had paid somebody else to sort out their mess, he requested that I remove my hellopeter complaint! The audacity!
There was nothing wrong with my lights until their electrician came here. In fact, I think HE changed a fuse, because he told me that Karebo pays him terribly and I must pay him extra under the counter so that he can fix the problem for me in his private capacity. Fishy and unprofessional!
After he left, the power was also tripping. Because Karebo never bothered to come back, I had to pay another electrician to look at it. Their electrician had added the geyser switch although there was already one installed! Unbelievable!
In conclusion, I have never experienced such bad service. The MD told me he sorts out all complaints personally which is a blatant because he has ignored all of my emails and I have never heard from him again. And if I had waited for them to come and sort things out I would have had no power and no lights in my home for the last 5 months! Karebo is unprofessional, unhelpful and they hire underhanded electricians that don't know what they are doing.
