I bought 4x std pistons for my Audi from Autopartswarehouse on the 26/07/2013 and paid R6170.00.
The parts were old and damaged, the sales person didn't tell me about the condition of those parts. Parts were delivered to me on the following day. I asked them why are they sending old and damaged goods, they say they forget to tell me that the goods they are selling were old not new. They said that new parts will cost me R10.000.00 and it will take them 10 weeks to be delivered. I told them that I want my money as we didn't agree with their service, they told me to return those parts to them of which I did, faxed the waybill and my banking details to facilitate payment, but even today they can't pay me. When Asking them they can't give positive feedback. They don't respond or reply me. The sales lady is now dropping my calls and ignoring my emails.
