Taking money, does not deliver the goods paid fo

I have ordered parts for my car from autoparts warehouse in Salt River Cape Town. I have paid the money, but only one of the 3 parts has been delivered. It is now 3 weeks, if Yvonne hears it isme when I phones, she drops the phone. They are people's money!!!
