I am not a regular at the at beauty palours, but Bongi was extremely friendly and made a mission of making me comfortable and making my hands and feet looks as best as they could (given that they were not in the best condition to start with).
There is a lot of team work; one beautican would help move things that the other beautican had finished with, out the way to avoid clutter. One was very thorough in dusting the shelves, moving all merchandise off each one and then moving it back. All beauticans generally had a good attitude and a pleasant smile when addressing their clients.
Unfortunately my gift card didn't work but that was no fault of these ladies (I had won it through a competition and for some reason it wasn't loaded with cash) they did try to accomodate as much as possible but could not do much without a receipt.
I'm extremely impressed and will consider going back even if I am not one who does this on a regular basis.
