On Saturday 23 February I went to the Florida Post Office to look for a parcel which was sent to me, but for which I had not received a notification slip. Audrey is the lady who works at counter 2. She searches using the tracking number I supplied, but there was no trace of my parcel. She asked me to leave my telephone number and she would phone me when she found the package.
On Monday morning she called me early to say she found it with the parcels being returned to sender!! What a wonderful lady - she went the extra mile and was so prompt in her reply. Thank you Audrey!!
