I bought a groupon special for a cut and blow and went in november. I had the most uninterested stylist who did absolutely nothing to ensure that I would ever return (Jorinda), clearly not the owner. As the salon is less than 1km from my house I purchased 10 tan-can sessions from the girl at reception. I had 3 sessions. Last Saturday I went to tan and the receptionist said 'we don't have a tan-can'. After explaining that I had bought the sessions she said 'ja, but it's moved, I don't know where to. Nobody knows why'. Keeping my temper in check I told her to find out and call someone to quote me on streaking my hair as well. Jorinda came to the desk, no greeting, rolled her eyes when I told her I colour my hair myself (as a trained stylist myself I am not a fool), asked 'advice' froma male hairdresser who also rolled his eyes (???!!!) then quoted me almost R2500, clearly to ensure that I would go elsewhere. If the owner knew how the staff behave, I am quite sure she would be horrified at their revolting attitudes and lack of interest. I'm sure they are not trained that way, if at all.
