Terrible Service Delivery

Our dishwasher broke out of warranty & we were referred to Independent Appliance Service. The first time they came around they charged R450 & then mentioned there are no parts, 4 months wait. After 4 months we didn't hear anything so we phoned back to get told no we must pay again, we refused and got it fixed. Two months after fixing the unit the unit broke again. So we phoned them to inform them the unit is not working. When the technician was suppose to come around he phoned to say he can't make it, he will have to come another time. The next time he comes around he doesn't inform anyone he leaves a little note on the gate saying no one is home, but yet he has a number to get of the client but doesn't. The next day we phoned back to alert the people the technician left a little note and didn't call us they said they will said him around again and that was the end of it. 1 Month later we phone back to find out whats happening, they apologize and say the technician will be around soon. Another month, nothing, now they claiming we must pay for the new call out and service. This is unacceptable, you were informed of the unit failing and didn't come back to the client to get it fixed.
