Totally unacceptable

Our company has only been with you people for a few months but I am starting to regret this choice.
Zelda Fourie was Our fleet Manager - Well I believe she has left?
Ok? So who is our new one and why haven't they bothered to phone me and introduce themselves?
I requested that this person phone me yesterday yet I am still waiting - Customer service is a requirement not an option.
I also have a very big problem regarding your "service" - My one vehicle's unit has not been working since the 20th July - This was reported to Yvonne Andrews who hasn't bothered to contact me back either anyway .. A technician was out two weeks ago, he told me the unit went into sleep mode, he reset it, it was "working" - well it wasn't .. I called back to report the problem, a week later a new technician comes out to tell me that the unit is faulty and needs to be changed. So who is going to pay for the unit that hasn't been working for almost a month? Why should I have to .. and why on earth am I as a paying customer having to run around, hold for minutes, get cut off and phone back only to repeat before mentioned about three times before I actually speak to someone. Not good enough - Very disappointed!
