Bad Service and Not delivering what expected

In July 2013 we booked accommodation at Totus Tuus in Secunda. We paid a 50% deposit 3 days after receiving the invoice. On 29 August 2013 we paid the balance of the invoice. On this day I began to get suspicious, when we received an email stating that we would get a annexture accommodation. On my arrival on Sunday 1 September 2013 Richard escorted me to the accommodation. Upon arrival this was only a house which looked like a commune. The doors did not have locks on the bedding was dirty and no TV's in the rooms. This was at almost R 800 per person and I booked 4 of us. I was so discussed in the place that I left and booked into the Graceland Casino. Upon confrontation the following day, the guy got offensive and told me that this is what he had offered while his web site, shows a hole different view of his accommodation. When I asked for a refund he told me that, if i am lucky he will give me 50% back. I feel that his way of doing business is a disgrace to the Guest house industry and people like this should not be doing business, as his plans from the beginning was to not deliver as promised.
