I called the 086 0037 566 number yesterday with an intention to report a voucher number (pre-paid electricity) that was being rejected. To my suprise, my call was answered withing 2 minute and the lady (Lerato Lesitho) that was assisting me was a of a great assistance. She knew what to do and she knows her job. Keep up the good work Eskom.
