Normally make use of Gert of Hair Master (excellent hairdresser) BUT he was off in Jan and I made an appointment with Shaun. What a mistake! I gave him a picture with the style and colour I want. The first instance he put the scissor in my hair I realised he is not doing the right thing. I asked him to make sure of the picture - he answered: Do you think I have a fishbowl memory? It was the worst cut I ever had, totally the opposite of what I wanted and the colour came out yellow. I insisted he redo the colour - still not what I want. I could still live with the colour because- can be fixed relatively easy BUT the STYLE! Chunks was taken out of my hair at the side. Was to embarrassed to go to work. I phoned the Manager (Tracey) who requested a e-mail which I send with pictures of how bad my hair looked and how it was supposed to look. She promised feedback - it is more than a month later with NO feedback. She also suggested I go to their other branch to be fixed - still waiting for an appointment or call from her. Want my MONEY back (R1300 I paid for this mess). Had to fix at another salon (another R650). Bad Service empty promises.
