When I went for a haircut I had a few simple requests, cut a fringe as per the photograph supplied, cut ends, layer hair as per photograph, keep v shape of my hair and texturise around my face as per fotograph of fringe. What I got in return was the exact opposite. My hair has been cut straigt, no layers to be seen, no texturising and my fringe is NOTHING like the picture I showed:( Before going to the Salon I called to ask how much the cut was going to cost and I was told R220, but when I paid it was R260? I kept insisting on the things I wanted but the stylist kept telling me that she would not recommend it and after a half hour of being dissuaded from what I wanted, I left the salon and cried. This is not right. In all fairness, I am paying for what I want and if you dont agree, tell me once and then if I insist then cut my hair the way I want. I am very very unhappy and would like another stylist to fix my hair the way I wanted and have paid for but not received:( Preferably when Michelle is off. I really dont like confrontation and would like to avoid it at all costs. I just feel as though I have been ripped off.
