Good Day. I am very dissapointed as I have lost two parcels from the Witspos Hub posted from two different senders (this was before the strike), was told it is gone as when they try track it it shows it is there but no one can find it. now they say I must go and log a call or the sender must go log a call and they will investigate. it is not right. I have lost all faith in the post office and it does not make a difference as things are just left and we must accept it.
