I phoned Storage Cube to enquire about their services and fees. I was assisted by Melissa Marshall, who did a great job of answering my questions. She promised to email me the quote soon, and subsequently sent it within an hour. The next day I got a follow-up email to ask me if I received the quote and whether I was happy with the quote, and also re-assurance of prompt and professional services in future. When I replied with another question, I got a call from Melissa Marshall in the next 15 minutes, to discuss my email questions.
This was just excellent service, and this kind of service will prevent me from getting any further quotes. Thanks so much - I have a total feeling of relief after dealing with Storage Cube, and especially Melissa Marshall.
