Bad Customer Service

On Saturday 31st August, I took an Orange Cab from my home in Robinhills to Cresta, according to the call centre the charge should have been R70.00, I was charged R100.00 per trip there and back, an overcharge of R60.00.

When I phoned the office, they told me the manager will call me on Monday evening, and during that day (monday) the driver (Shepherd) will bring me my R60.00, it is Friday the 6th of September, I have (in spite of several phone calls) not heard from either the manager or the driver.

If this is how they treat a South African, what happens to the tourist???
