VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE PROVIDED BY ORANGE CABS

Firstly, I had confirmed with Orange Cabs to collect me and my friend from Movida in Sunninghill at 2:00am on New Years Day 2014 and there was no one to collect us. I kept calling their 24 hour service phone line but there was no one to answer the calls each time I phoned, eventually at 2:30am an Orange Cab pulls up but not with my reservation and says he can take us home. Upon arriving home, he tells me it will be R300. I told him I was quoted R200 and I have the quote on email on my phone and R200 is what I will be paying. He then says ok make it R250. I told him I was going to pay R200 and I would have given him a tip but not now. I gave him R200 and told him to let the company call me in the morning if there is an issue with this. (They were late, dont answer the phone and overcharge) As I got into my house, I called the company again and finally a lady answered and I explained the story to her and she told me that he was supposed to only charge me R150, their phone lines were down and the cabs were all busy. That is not my problem, if I had a confirmed booking with them. First and last time I will EVER use Orange Cabs-they are unreliable, corrupt with pricing and very unprofessional
